Many people come to therapy after experiencing emotional distress that has led them to feel overwhelmed and as though they have lost direction in, and control of, their life. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore ways in which they can effectively regain a sense of empowerment, meaning, and control in their lives. Being trained as a generalist, I have enjoyed working effectively with a wide variety of individuals. However, I do now specialize in LGBTQ affirmative therapy, Adult ADHD, performance anxiety, mood & anxiety concerns, couples/relationship challenges, and open relationships.
