Dr. Sovereign is a licensed psychologist with over 30 years’ experience providing individual, couples, and group counseling to a diverse range of adults. She holds a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and has specialized in working with women, young adults, LGBTQ populations, nontraditional families, and developing clinicians. Dr. Sovereign’s approach to psychotherapy is informed by her research on master therapists and is fundamentally collaborative and existential.
