I specialize in working with depression, anxiety and PTSD (particularly from childhood abuse, domestic violence or sexual assault). I provide safe, supportive space for all genders, sexual orientations and relationship styles. My approach is warm and humanistic in nature. I practice an eclectic blend of therapies, drawing from body-oriented therapy in addition to more traditional methods. I also provide spiritual counseling and therapeutic ritual, while holding a commitment to religious diversity and honoring each client's unique spiritual path.
