I specialize in relationship counseling and sex therapy and in my practice I see individuals and couples of all genders and sexual orientations. The majority of my clients are in polyamorous or other forms of non-monogamous relationships. My approach is integrative, informed by psychodynamic thinking, which provides a basis for understanding human nature; attachment theories, which explain how we relate to each other; and mind/body perspective.
