A Sacramento area native, I earned my BA and MSW at Sacramento State University.  I am a registered associate social worker and a certified sex educator.  I am passionate about the non monogamous, sexually open, and LGBTQ+ communities.  I work as a trainer and sex educator at the organization I co-founded, Sex Positive Sacramento.  In my counseling, I use primarily narrative therapy, along with components of mindfulness.
