I am a queer, kink, sex and poly-positive therapist located in the Minneapolis area.  I have personal experience in kink, poly and open relationships, and enjoy working with couples who are exploring nonmonogomy as well as those who have a long history of nonmonogomous relationships.   My specialy is to work with couples, triads, etc in order to improve communication and negotiation skills, and to help uncover the reasons why behaviors don't always match the agreements that were made.
