I am a psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in independent practice.  My focus is on carefully listening to and fully  understanding each unique person/couple who walks into my office, and I work from contemporary psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives.  I complement my work with mindfulness training and experiential, affect-focused, and acceptance-oriented interventions. My training and professional experience include working with with people and couples from a wide spectrum of sexual orientations, gender identities, races, cultures, and sexual practices. I work with adolescents and adults, and can provide services in English and Spanish (se habla Español).
