I have extensive experience working with families and individuals. I utilize only evidence-based secular approaches (primarily cognitive behavioral). I believe in creating a team approach to counseling with the goal of assisting you in increasing your ability to manage your emotions and relationshps in the most helpful way possible. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety disorders, as well as relationship counseling, for ages 14+. Therapy modalities used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, the Gottman method, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (for treatment of PTSD).
