Hello! I’m a knowledgeable and experienced Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in the specific needs of those in the polyamorous, swinger, kink and LGBTQAI+ communities. I provide therapy either in my spacious (bring the whole ‘cule!’) office in Vallejo or virtually via FaceTime, provided you’re in the state of California.
My areas of expertise include ethical non-monogamy, helping couples manage mono/open and mono/poly transitions, non-violent communication, issues with shame, body image issues, navigating infidelity, creating healthy boundaries and establishing consent, conflict resolution, unconventional relationships, identity exploration and mixed orientation relationships, life transitions and trauma recovery (especially with regard to recovery from sexual assault/sex abuse).
