I am an evolutionary health coach. This means I study how modern lifestyles differ from what we evolved to need. I am a biologist, and use simple, sustainable, and science based lifestyle change counseling to help people achieve their personal health goals. I have extensive experience supporting people with chronic illness and disabilities; and helping people with uteruses (and their partner/s) get healthy before/during/after pregnancy. Whatever your health goals are, we can work together to come up with a plan to support you personally. Health coaching is free of judgement, and full of encouragement and celebrating.
