Practicing as a therapist for over 25 years, I stay on the cutting edge of the latest developments in the field of individual, couples and family counseling. I continue to learn and provide fresh, new and alternative ideas with compassion and understanding gained from both professional training as well as personal experience. Although I have experience and training working with nearly any individual emotional difficulty, I find my work with couples and families with alternative life styles most rewarding. The focus of my practice is relationship issues of all kinds with a particular emphasis on sexuality and intimacy problems, power struggles, sexual desire, sexual pain disorders and compulsive pornography use that may interfere with intimate connection. I also have specialized training in the area of eating disorders and body image concerns.
